As the Executive Director of BLOOM ROC, I am dedicated to empowering marginalized communities by leading initiatives that promote education, advocacy, and economic growth within the adult-use market.
Chad leads with purpose, pushing for equity and action in cannabis reform and access.
I am committed to the work we do at B.L.O.O.M ROC because legalization alone is not enough. Without intentional effort, Black and Brown communities will continue to be excluded from the industry's growth, and I have never been one for participation awards.
